It has become abundantly clear that we need a paradigm shift in what it means to be an effective leader. With so many theories out there, I felt compelled to provide a simple definition for this. Building on that framework, I also wanted to offer a step-by-step process that anyone could apply to maximize their career success. In particular, my goal was to enable this in a way that reflects today’s values – making a difference and doing meaningful work in addition to advancement and financial rewards.
